Chiswick House School and St Martin’s College are seeking a Procurement &amp; Projects Manager who is able to work independently and with a hands-on approach in target-driven tasks. The role supports the planning, coordination and delivery of strategic procurement and capital initiatives activities across both schools, with a strong emphasis on practical project management, asset management, and procurement delivery.
The postholder will focus on projects, procurement, and documentation, playing a key role in preparing for and supporting a significant future capital project, and ensuring that investments are well planned, properly documented and delivered in line with school requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
•	Manage and support procurement activity related to projects, assets and operational needs across both schools, ranging from smaller routine purchases to larger, more complex procurement exercises.
•	Develop and maintain a comprehensive asset register for both schools.
•	Preparing clear reports, schedules and summaries for senior leadership related to projects, procurement and assets.
•	Ensuring effective communication between schools, suppliers, consultants and internal stakeholders.
•	Support the planning and delivery of capital and infrastructure-related projects across both schools, including projects of varying scale and complexity.
•	Supporting change management and operational coordination during project delivery to minimise disruption to school activities.
•	Maintaining organised project and procurement documentation for future reference and audit purposes.

Essential Experience &amp; Skills
•	A hands-on approach, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities with minimal supervision.
•	Experience supporting or managing procurement processes, including supplier engagement, quotations and documentation.
•	Demonstrable experience in project management, ideally linked to construction, refurbishment, upgrading or capital works environments.
•	Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams across different sites.
•	Confidence working with external consultants, contractors and suppliers.
•	Strong attention to detail and comfort working with systems, records and documentation.

Computing / ICT Educator

This role plays a vital part in nurturing our staff’s professional growth, wellbeing, and day-to-day experience. Working closely with Senior Leaders, the HR Executive will contribute to learning and development initiatives, manage staff leave and replacements, and help maintain a positive and efficient workplace culture where every team member can thrive.

Role Overview
The Human Resources Executive supports the effective management, wellbeing, and professional growth of all staff within the school. The role combines responsibilities in learning and development, leave and absence management, and staff replacements, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a positive working environment. The HR Executive works closely with Senior Leaders to implement HR initiatives that promote staff engagement, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Learning &amp; Development
<ul>
<li>Identify and assess training needs in collaboration with Senior Leaders.</li>
<li>Develop and implement group and individual training plans for administrative staff.</li>
<li>Support academic professional learning.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Organise onboarding, internal and external training sessions, including venue coordination and supplier liaison.</li>
<li>Prepare documentation, reports, and statistics related to training and development activities.</li>
<li>Design and deliver HR and development projects, applying for funding when relevant.</li>
<li>Maintain updated training records and evaluate feedback to enhance learning outcomes.</li>
<li>Monitor trends in adult learning and HR development to support continuous improvement.</li>
</ul>

Leave &amp; Replacements Management
<ul>
<li>Process and approve staff leave requests in line with school policies, maintaining accurate records in Talexio.</li>
<li>Advise employees on leave entitlements, balances, and procedures.</li>
<li>Coordinate coverage for planned and unplanned absences, including teacher replacements and classroom supervision.</li>
<li>Manage communications related to sick reports and absences, ensuring prompt allocation of replacement staff or class merges when required.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of absences, replacements, and updated staff workload.</li>
<li>Support operational continuity during emergencies or last-minute staff absences.</li>
</ul>

The ideal candidate will have:
<ul>
<li>A recognised qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li>
<li>A minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in HR, ideally within an educational or similar environment.</li>
<li>Proficiency in MS Office applications, with previous experience working with iSAMS and/or Talexio being considered an asset.</li>
<li>Experience in applying for funding such as Erasmus+, IIS etc.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.</li>
<li>The ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain confidentiality.</li>
<li>Familiarity with employment and education regulations in Malta is considered an asset.</li>

As a Learning Support Educator, you will be a vital member of our inclusive education team, collaborating with teachers and professionals to nurture the well-being and learning journey of each student. You’ll:
•	Provide tailored support to students, both 1-to-1 and in small groups, ensuring their success in and outside the classroom.
•	Help students during break times, outings, and off-campus activities to ensure they feel included and supported.
•	Develop creative learning resources and adapt assessments to meet individual needs.

•	Support students with additional needs in areas like social integration, communication, literacy, numeracy, and behaviour.
