We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Supervisors to join St Martin's College on a part-time basis for the 2026/2027 scholastic year.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Supervise and monitor students arriving at school early, during break times, and leaving the school by van.</li>
<li>Moderate and manage student behaviour on the College's premises during school hours.</li>
<li>Report any inappropriate behaviour observed to the Senior Leader or Senior Middle Leader of Middle and Senior School.</li>
<li>Ensure students are safe and in their designated locations at all times.</li>
</ul>

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
<ul>
<li>Secondary education diploma</li>
<li>Clean police conduct certificate</li>
<li>First Aid Certificate is an asset</li>
</ul>

Hours:
<ul>
<li>07:30 – 08:30, Monday to Friday (Morning Supervision)</li>
<li>12:20 – 14:20, Monday to Friday (Breaktime Supervision)</li>
<li>15:00 – 16:00, Monday to Friday (Going Home Supervision)</li>
<li>Working hours may shift in June; changes will be communicated closer to the date.</li>

The ideal candidate will be experienced, familiar with the school context, and skilled in safely managing student activities during breaktime sports and other activities. Candidates may apply for the morning, breaktime, or afternoon slot, or all three.

We are seeking to recruit a Teaching and Learning Co-Educator to support the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning across our school. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is passionate about education and supporting students to reach their full potential.

The Role

The Teaching and Learning Co-Educator plays a vital role in ensuring continuity of learning by providing teacher replacement cover when required and supporting students within the classroom setting.

When undertaking teacher replacement duties, the successful candidate will facilitate learning using lesson plans and resources provided by the class teacher or department. At other times, the postholder will provide targeted in-class support to students identified by the Inclusion Coordinator (INCO) and relevant school leaders, helping to promote engagement, independence and academic progress.

The role may also involve delivering small-group interventions and supporting students with diverse learning needs.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
Teacher Replacement
<ul>
<li>Provide teacher replacement cover as directed by the Senior Leadership Team.</li>
<li>Deliver lessons and learning activities prepared by the absent teacher or department.</li>
<li>Ensure continuity of learning and maintain high expectations for student engagement and achievement.</li>
<li>Monitor student participation and progress throughout lessons.</li>
<li>Maintain a positive, respectful and productive classroom environment.</li>
<li>Manage student behaviour in line with school policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Provide feedback to relevant staff regarding lesson outcomes, student progress and any concerns.</li>
</ul>

Student Support and Inclusion
<ul>
<li>Support students identified by the Inclusion Coordinator and school leaders.</li>
<li>Assist students in accessing the curriculum and achieving their learning objectives.</li>
<li>Work collaboratively with teachers and Learning Support Educators to provide effective classroom support.</li>
<li>Implement agreed learning accommodations and support strategies.</li>
<li>Encourage student independence, confidence and positive learning behaviours.</li>
<li>Contribute to the school's inclusive approach to education.</li>
</ul>

Intervention Programmes
<ul>
<li>Deliver targeted interventions to individual students or small groups when required.</li>
<li>Support students in addressing identified learning gaps.</li>
<li>Monitor progress and provide feedback to relevant staff members.</li>

Teaching and Learning Co-Educator
