Chiswick House School and St Martin’s College are recruiting for a combined role that bridges operational oversight with strategic project involvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a school-wide asset register while also supporting the planning and implementation of any future capital projects.
This role requires a candidate who is confident in managing systems and documentation, with the capacity to work effectively on-site alongside contractors and consultants. It is well suited to someone who combines strong operational oversight with a practical, solution-oriented approach and the ability to follow through on complex tasks from planning to completion.

Part 1: Asset Regulator
Scope:
Across both Chiswick House School and St Martin’s College, covering all physical assets including furniture, fixtures, IT equipment, specialist tools, and other school-owned resources.

Key Duties:
•	Create and Maintain Asset Register
o	Develop a comprehensive digital asset register covering both schools.
o	Implement systems for regular audits and asset tracking.

•	Regular Updates and Reporting
o	Ensure the register is updated with new acquisitions, disposals, and transfers between locations.
o	Present asset data in a clear format to school leadership or auditors as needed.

•	Liaison with Purchasing
o	Work closely with the purchasing function to track new acquisitions and ensure accurate documentation.
o	Flag inconsistencies or gaps in asset documentation and take corrective action.

•	Compliance and Best Practice
o	Ensure the asset register meets relevant regulatory and audit standards.
o	Recommend improvements in asset tracking or labelling procedures.

Part 2: Project Coordinator – Capital Projects Support
Scope:
Provide coordination and administrative support for any capital works, site improvements, or infrastructure-related projects that may arise at Chiswick House School or St Martin’s College. The role ensures that the schools' operational needs are represented in the planning and implementation of such projects.

Key Duties:
•	Project Planning Support
o	Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external professionals (such as consultants or contractors) to support the development of plans and proposals for potential infrastructure or site-related projects.
o	Assist in identifying requirements related to equipment, layout, and school functionality where relevant.

•	Coordination and Liaison
o	Support coordination activities as needed, including timelines, access, and communications to ensure the smooth running of school operations during project phases.
o	Act as a liaison between the schools and third parties involved in any works.

•	Site Representation
o	Where projects are in progress, represent the schools' interests on-site and participate in relevant meetings or inspections.
o	Monitor general progress and ensure that any operational concerns are flagged promptly.

•	Communication and Reporting
o	Ensure consistent and timely communication with school leadership and key stakeholders.
o	Assist in documenting progress and maintaining oversight of relevant project-related information.

•	Logistics and Equipment Oversight
o	Where applicable, support the planning and coordination of furniture, equipment, or material installations linked to project outcomes.
o	Help ensure alignment with the schools’ functional, aesthetic, and quality expectations.

The dual-role of Asset Regulator and Project Manager is a full-time position (40 hours) per week on site at Chiswick House School and St Martins College.&nbsp;

The ideal candidate:

<li>Is fluent in English and proficient in Maltese.</li>
<li>Has at least 2 years experience in project management.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Knowledge of OHSA regulations will be considered an asset.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Demonstrates excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and thrives as part of a collaborative team.</li>
<li>Holds a clean police conduct and has strong references.</li>

What You’ll Do

As a Learning Support Educator, you will be a vital member of our inclusive education team, collaborating with teachers and professionals to nurture the well-being and learning journey of each student. You’ll:
•	Provide tailored support to students, both 1-to-1 and in small groups, ensuring their success in and outside the classroom.
•	Help students during break times, outings, and off-campus activities to ensure they feel included and supported.
•	Develop creative learning resources and adapt assessments to meet individual needs.
•	Work alongside teachers to modify curriculum and provide personalised support, including the planning and evaluation of learning strategies.
•	Support students with additional needs in areas like social integration, communication, literacy, numeracy, and behaviour.
•	Attend teacher meetings to advocate for the needs and abilities of students, contributing to their educational journey.
•	Provide personal care support where required, always ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.

What We’re Looking For

Language Skills: 
•	Fluency in Maltese and English.
Qualifications:
•	A recognised MQF Level 7 qualification in a relevant area or
•	An MQF Level 6 qualification in a relevant area (or equivalent) or
•	Advanced and Ordinary Level certification in core subjects like Mathematics, English, and Maltese (minimum Grade E).
