With a vibrant community of 400 dedicated employees, we are committed to nurturing each learner's potential and fostering creativity, resilience, and a strong sense of purpose. We are passionate about preparing students to thrive in an ever-changing world, and we want you to be part of that journey.

We are excited to announce that we are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and self-driven EFL Educator to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis starting academic year 2026/2027!

As a TEFL Educator, you will:

  • Set high expectations that challenge learners to reach their full potential and expand their knowledge.
  • Plan engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners and align with curricular objectives.
  • Manage classrooms effectively, maintaining a positive and disciplined environment for learning.
  • Use your time and resources efficiently to maximise learning outcomes.
  • Provide thoughtful and constructive feedback on students' work, using assessments to continually improve your teaching.
  • Utilise homework to reinforce and extend learning beyond the classroom.
  • Collaborate with colleagues during weekly meetings to discuss student progress and share insights on professional growth.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Holds a recognised TEFL/CELTA/CertTESOL qualification (MQF Level 4 or 5) and possesses (or is eligible for) an ELT Permit issued by Malta's ELT Council.
  • Is proficient in Maltese and English.
  • Has a strong educational background in English/TEFL and is passionate about the subject.
  • Brings high expectations to the classroom and practices effective classroom management.
  • Is genuinely interested in the science of learning and dedicated to continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrates excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and thrives as part of a collaborative team.
  • Brings energy, enthusiasm, and a clear vision to all aspects of school life.
  • Has a genuine desire to make a meaningful impact on the lives and future success of our students.
  • Holds a clean police conduct and has strong references.

At St Martin's College, you will not just teach; you will inspire. If you're ready to join a forward-thinking, supportive community that is making a real difference, we want to hear from you!
