We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative and self-driven Early Years Educator to join Chiswick House School on a full-time basis for the 2026/2027 scholastic year. Your Key Responsibilities
● Planning, preparing and delivering lessons that engage the full ability range within your class
● Creating a vibrant, well-organised classroom that inspires positive learning
● Bringing lessons to life with enthusiastic, imaginative teaching
● Fostering a calm, focused and well-managed classroom environment
● Delivering all areas of the primary curriculum with confidence
● Taking ownership of the progress and development of your class
● Preparing and marking work to support each pupil's growth
● Coordinating a specialist curriculum area and supporting colleagues within it
● Collaborating with colleagues to plan and coordinate learning
● Partnering with parents to strengthen their involvement in school life
● Liaising with professionals such as education welfare officers or educational psychologists where needed
● Assessing and recording pupil development in line with school requirements
● Sharing progress with parents and carers at parents' evenings and other meetings
● Staying current with developments in curriculum structure and best practice
● Taking part in school events, outings and activities, including some evenings and weekends
● Working flexibly and collegially with colleagues across the school
What You Bring
• A recognised qualification in education (MQF Level 5/6/7) or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills in Maltese and English.
• A passion for education and the ability to inspire children.
• Knowledge of diverse teaching methods and technology tools, including Microsoft Office.
• A collaborative and flexible mindset with a commitment to professional growth.
