Chiswick House School is seeking to recruit a reliable and proactive Maintenance Person to join our team on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that the school premises are well maintained, safe, and conducive to learning for pupils, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out general maintenance and repair works across the school premises
• Conducting routine inspections to identify maintenance needs
• Assisting with the installation, repair, and upkeep of school equipment and assets
• Supporting health and safety procedures across the site
• Monitoring security systems, including CCTV and alarms
• Assisting with environmental and sustainability initiatives
• The role may occasionally require duties to be carried out at St Martin’s College, as needed.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience in general maintenance or facilities support
• Be practical, hands-on, and solution-oriented
• Demonstrate good organisational skills
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Show a strong commitment to health and safety standards
