Chiswick House School is seeking to recruit a reliable and proactive Maintenance Person to join our team on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that the school premises are well maintained, safe, and conducive to learning for pupils, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out general maintenance and repair works across the school premises
- Conducting routine inspections to identify maintenance needs
- Assisting with the installation, repair, and upkeep of school equipment and assets
- Supporting health and safety procedures across the site
- Monitoring security systems, including CCTV and alarms
- Assisting with environmental and sustainability initiatives
- The role may occasionally require duties to be carried out at St Martin’s College, as needed.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience in general maintenance or facilities support
- Be practical, hands-on, and solution-oriented
- Demonstrate good organisational skills
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Show a strong commitment to health and safety standards
