Due to further growth, St Martin’s College is currently looking for a motivated, proactive and diligent person with an aptitude for secretarial support work, looking for a varied role that plays a pivotal part in the smooth running of the office and our school.
Main Responsibilities
• Managing day-to-day activities at school.
• Handling parents’ and teachers’ emails and maintaining a good rapport with parents.
• Assisting with the preparation of presentations and reports.
• Preparation of documentation when needed.
• Booking of transportation for school outings and events.
• Preparation of school packs and registering cash control sheets.
• Preparation for Mid-Yearly and Annual examinations.
• Registration of new entrants on the school’s Management Information System.
• Collating data from teachers and parents.
• Collating and summarising requests by teachers and parents.
• Liaising with teachers and other CHSMC.
• Answering teachers’ queries and guiding them as needed.
• Filing of documentation.
• Scheduling and organising meetings as requested.
• Organising and setting up events and trips.
• Supporting and assisting the Senior Leader for Operations with the replacements of teachers and other staff when absent.
Reporting Structure
The School Administrative Secretary will report to the Senior Leaders.
